PRE-SURGERY

Our courteous staff will work with you to complete the pre-registration process. Your doctor will provide detailed instructions pertaining to your procedure. It is important to follow these directions in order to avoid cancellation of surgery. Often special labs or tests may be required prior to the procedure. Additionally, your surgeon may request you receive anesthesia services for safety and comfort. In these cases a specialized anesthesia plan will be presented to you by your designated provider. You will be asked to refrain from eating or drinking prior to surgery (this includes candy, gum, chewing tobacco or water). Please adhere to these instructions carefully. We value patient satisfaction, and our team will ensure a smooth and informed journey.

Personal valuables such as jewelry should be left at home. A customized post procedure plan and instructions will be provided to you and reviewed with you by our professional, compassionate nursing staff. You will also receive a survey. We appreciate your feedback and highly regard your experience.
